- Are your products cruelty free?

We do not test any of our products on animals.

- Are the product images on your site true to color?

We do our best to keep images true to color and use as little filtering or editing as possible. You must keep in mind that colors are affected by skin tone, monitor resolution, and clarity. 

- Shipping. Do you ship products all over the world?

We ship to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$7.99 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA

FREE SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS $35/MORE 

$ 20.00 flat fee for all European Countries 

$15.00 flat fee for Mexico

$10.00 flat fee for Canada

$ 20.00 flat fee for all other countries outside Europe listed below

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind in the case of holiday seasons this processing time can vary. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the domestic carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or post ship charges once the package has left  the United States.

- Is there customs or import duties on my shipment?

For orders placed outside the US please consider you may be charged for custom or duties. Please check with your country prior to placing your order.

 - Can I cancel a order after placing it?

No. We try our best to get your order out the day it was placed so it is difficult for us to stop or cancel a order once it is in processing.

 - How do I return items?

Please contact us prior to returning any items. We will give you instructions on how to send the items and where to send them based on your location.

- Are your products Vegan?

None of our cosmetics contain any animal-derived ingredients and are vegan-friendly.

- How do I apply for your PRO campaign? 

Our PRO campaign is for working makeup artists who have a active online/offline presence. We take into account images of your work along with your experience. Please ask us about requirements for the campaign if you are interested. email: tonikpro@tonikcosmetics.com
